We firmly believe that all the customers who order online are aware that colours and textures seen on a monitor may be slightly different as compared to the actual product ordered. But in some cases we used to provide replacements and refund guarantee at the time of orders placed by e mails. In that case it is possible that we must be able to provide some kind of conditional guarantee of our products. But as customers know very well about human hair industry is a tedious industry where sometimes customers who are not well aware about the testing of quality may feel issues with quality and in that cases where the default is due to negligence of customer and lack of knowledge of customer, in that case we do not offer any replacement or refund.
We are in this business for such a long time that we know very well about the quality standards and know our products and quality control process deeply that we are very confident about our products quality and make sure not to left any chance of negligence from our side.
To do requirements details for special cases where we accept refund:
We refund only cost of material (cost of custom controls, bank charges, shipping etc. are not refundable).
Our material must be send back in the same condition as received with original packing, labels and in not used or altered in any way condition.
Cost of sending back the material is paid by the buyer.
All the charges from sending back to arrive at our premises are responsibility of buyer.
Refund is issued within 21 working days after receiving the material back and duly checked by our production department and if there is any discrepancy that will be responsibility of the buyer.
Returns must be send according to international import exports procedures so that the returns must not be treated as import for us where are may be import duty, if it happens than we will deduct the amount of import duty from the total refund.
All the returns must be described in details and identical to the original invoice send with shipment so that to clear the returns shipment in customs.
If there is any kind of damage of goods during transit, that will be responsibility of buyer as we deemed the returned shipment as insured by buyer.
